It is divided into two main volumes and is deposited on a two-level plot. The street and the main entrance is at the top level and the garden level, facing the river is located at the low level.The first more vertical volume includes the living room and garage on the ground floor, the bedrooms upstairs and a workshop on the ground floor which is overlooked by the cantilevered living room. The second horizontal volume includes the entrance, the kitchen, the dining room and the bathroom on the ground floor as well as a workshop, guest room and mechanical \/ electrical parts in the basement.
