On the roof of this last volume, one finds a roof terrace overlooking the Rivière des Prairies and the south. Many outdoor spaces are arranged on different levels to allow occupants to enjoy the views and solar orientation. The exterior cladding consists of lightweight concrete panels and wood inserts.
